I served as Head Writer & Creative Lead Producer for The Menendez Brothers: The Official Companion Podcast, a three part mini-series on Netflix's documentary podcast feed 'You Can't Make This Up', produced by Pod People and Campfire Studios for Netflix. The podcast reached #3 on the Apple Podcast charts in it’s first week of air, sparked a surge of coverage around the case, and won a Webby People’s Voice Award.

In this companion to the Netflix documentary The Menendez Brothers, documentary filmmaker Alejandro Hartmann takes listeners behind-the-scenes on his quest to build a relationship with Lyle and Erik Menendez. Through over 20 hours of exclusive interviews with both brothers, Alejandro builds a bigger story of just what happened that summer in 1989 – a story of abuse, myth-making, and choices you can’t come back from.
